Can I list more than one place? +
Yes, with no limit. Each place has its own calendar, prices and rules, all from the same account.
Do I need CIN and CIR? +
Yes: short-term rentals in Campania require the national and regional identification codes. The dashboard has a dedicated section for them and for your land registry data.
How do I get paid? +
The guest pays online at booking time. In your profile you set the IBAN where you want to receive payouts.
Can I choose who to accept? +
Yes. Keep instant booking on or review each request — either way you talk to the guest in chat before arrival.
